Officine Meccaniche Carraro, has been founded in 1927 and since that time it has been looking to the future with determination and enthusiasm. Officine Meccaniche Carraro is structured to provide and create mechanisms, machines or parts according to the specifications of the customer, and it can manage the project from the idea to the implementation where desired.
From its founding up to today it has worked punctually and to a high standard across many sectors: petroleum, wind power, railways, recycling, iron and steel industry, shipbuilding, machines tools, transmissions and construction. From its eighty years experience Officine Meccaniche Carraro has improved its know-how and now it is able to face and solve problems in all sectors to which mechanics is fundamental.

The business is located in a production area of 10,000 sq m, split into departments furnished with the most up to date and sophisticated machinery and lifting equipments of various weight with a loading capacity of up to 12 tonnes.
The systems quality certification ISO 9001:2000 gained in 2007 and an IT system which can elaborate data up to the last minute, guarantees the high qualitative standards requested by our clients who are ever more attentive to quality and to the punctual attainment of contractual clauses.
Our undisputed strengths are our high production capacity and the flexibility of our vast and up to date rolling stock of machine tools. These, with the sole exception of thermal treatments, allow us (within the limits of size) to produce entire single pieces both of medium and large dimensions, as well as the creation of complete machines and installations ‘ready to use”. After-sales support, mechanical installation and maintenance are guaranteed by our specialised team.
In order to meet our clients’ logistical needs, over the years Officine Meccaniche Carraro has employed both the equipment which guarantee transport throughout Italy of up to 100 quintals.
